Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Every order is carefully prepared and shipped from our fulfillment facility in Oregon.

Domestic Shipping — United States

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped the same day or the next business day.
  • Transit Time: Once your order has been shipped, delivery generally takes approximately 3–4 business days.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order processing cut-off time is 6:00 PM PST.

Orders placed by 6:00 PM PST will normally be processed during the current business cycle. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the following business day.

Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect order processing and delivery times.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping carriers to help ensure your order reaches you safely and reliably. Depending on your destination and order requirements, your package may be shipped using:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The carrier used for your order may vary depending on the destination, package size, and shipping requirements.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update after your tracking number has been generated. If your tracking information does not appear immediately, please allow some additional time for the carrier to scan and update the shipment.
